We absolutely LOVE living here... We were looking for a place that gave us a discount for my husband working at Plant Vogtle ( I think they do it for military too). The apartment is clean and modern, the manager has gone out of her way to make us feel welcome more than once. Now that they got rid of the one fake girl no one liked, we even started sending his work friends here and getting bonuses. If they would just put in a dog park, I would be 100% satisfied.
Thanks for the great feedback! The Dog Whisperer told us that our furriest neighbors wanted a place to run free!! We're working on plans for the Woodcrest Bark Park for 2014!
It's very quiet here. The ladies in the front office are always willing to help with any of our needs. We will definitely be staying here for as long as we're stationed in Augusta.

The construction in front of the mailboxes is inconvenient, even if it will improve the pool area. And the rash of break-ins was disturbing but we felt it was handled quickly and adequately.

Maintenance - Does not always give 24 hour notice before coming to apartment. Which cause embarrassment when I haven't finished my chores or is not dressed company appropriate. Happened 3 times so far. Today being (insecticide). Others being checking on pipes etc.
Landscaping - Very nice but also roach friendly in the summer.
Apartment condition - Lightbulb burned out in the first 3 months.. almost all of them. Towel and toilet paper racks - most didnt remain intact for more then a month.

For the convenience of our residents, it is our policy to give 24 hours notice before entering anyone's home (except in case of emergency- ie: leaking pipes).

It takes for ever for maintenance to come out and fix things. We cannot have satellite on the property if it is out of the way I don't see a problem with it I work for DirecTV it is a shame I cannot have satellite unless it is on the balcony. For the condition of the apartment it is too expensive even with the upgrade. The apartment up top level are too small we were told they were bigger than the bottom level they are not I feel as though we were lied to. No closets space

I would love to discuss transferring you into a larger apartment facing a different direction- the plank flooring installed in some of our units can give the impression of being larger.
