It is such a quiet and peaceful place to live. I like all the trees it makes you feel like you are far from the city.
I think owners with pets aren't held responsible for using the pet areas for walking dogs to allow them. The outside of some apartment buildings smell like urine, because the residents are too lazy to take the dog to the appointed area to relieve themselves.
The apartment complex recently went under new management, residents weren't informed until new workers were already in place. The cleanliness of the buildings exterior has not been with the old Nd new management; spiderwebs are the norm to be on the buildings. I understand that the management can't control all pest yet to not see bugs would be weird. The new nor old management are aware of broken railings or debris issue; guess no one walks the community. I like yet needs improvement.
I have really not been impressed with the new management. There have been times when I have called because my A/C is out and it's 81 degrees in my apartment and the office told me oh, well honestly that's not a big deal. We will deal with it when we get to it. Another time I called with a burst pipe which was dumping water everywhere and I was told that's not an emergency and we will get to it Monday. I called on Saturday morning. It just seems that the new management could care less.
Moving in the office was not that helpful. Got a lot of our information and initial costs messed up. Didn't want to fix. Had to force. Have to force certain charges off my rent every month due to employee discounts.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From I-20 to Washington Road, turn right on Boy Scout Road. Community is 1/4 mile on the left.
