The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and strive to make your home life as safe as possible. The neighborhood itself is quiet and the landscape is kept very nice. I've been there almost 4 years now and have not encountered a problem as of yet. Anytime maintenance is needed, they're always on time and quick.
I enjoy living at vintage creek I have made it my home. I haven't had any problems so far w/ other residents. It's nice & quiet environment 2 live in. I like where I am, we have some noise but not a whole lot. People come in go but it's ok. Maintenance does a great job repairing what needs 2 b done around the apartment also friendly. Staff Is friendly &are their when u them so they can provide with any kind of assistance .
I have live here for about two years, and I have not had any issues. I have called maintenance for minor issues a couple of times, and the problems were fixed almost immediately. Overall I have no complaints.
I've been a resident for going on four years now. While I have no complaints about my living space, I do however wish there was a playground for young kids to play on, or something useful made out of the old tennis court. Also I would be nice if there was space for a clubhouse. For the amount of rent there could be more amenites.
One-bedroom apartments are very spacious, and relatively inexpensive.
Walls are somewhat "thin". Can easily hear neighbors to the side and above you.
Cleaning of the grounds is not done often enough.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
