Great location! Office staff and maintenance staff are both courteous and professional. We are excited to see the new renovations and changes that are happening. We love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is such a pleasant and lovely place for us to live. It is so quite and the neighbors are friendly. The resident staff and maintenace staff are so very good to us. We just love it here.

I like the location, amenities and the apartments in general. I have never had problems in getting maintenance done. My only complaint is that over the past year, it seems there is less communication from the management regarding when services will be performed, water cutoffs, etc. I also had difficulty in getting in touch with management about some issues. Rent has also been increased each year and I now have to pay for other services that I didn't when I moved in. I may not renew my lease.
It is very important to show the new resident every aspect of the unit before going anywhere. For example the condition of the cabinets and sinks ect.
