Communication from the company, helpful staff, location
I really enjoying living here. Its a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. The only problem I have is periodiocally I see small water bugs but overall I'm very satisified.
very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Attic is great, price is great. The only thing i would ask for is more parking.
I would like the communication to be better. Sometimes letters are placed on doors and that could or could not still be on the door when you arrive home. It's like you receive emails about less important stuff but letters about very important things, such as your rent account. Emails about pest control are not sent until the day that pest control is coming. They want us to put animals away before pest control comes. But I am already at work by the time the office opens and sends the email.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
