The staff are incredibly friendly and easy to work with. The amenities are all amazing, especially the access to free yoga and the complex get togethers.

The staff at Gateway is extremely kind & helpful! We were in a bind needing an apartment on short term, & they were able to make things happen for us. The apartments are great, spacious & roomy. Some specifics I would recommend changing are; maintenance is somewhat slow to respond, the complex is next to the Interstate so traffic noise can be very loud , & appliances are very basic. The dishwasher is small so not as many dishes can fit in at one time, and the kitchen sinks are very shallow
The staff has been wonderful to work with and their concern with my Elrod at Gateway was by far the best I've seen.
the leasing office staff are engaging and work constantly to make all residents comfortable.
