Post Collier Hills is an excellent place to live and call home. The location is extremely convenient, and community amenities are excellent. The management team genuinely cares about the residents, and are always very helpful and friendly.
We moved to Atlanta 8 years ago into a Post Community. Since then, we have lived in 3 Post properties (Brookhaven, Spring, Collier Hills). In that time, we have experienced a recession, family issues, changes in employment, changes in politics, so on. Each time I searched for a new place to call home, Post always found a way to the top of the list. We hope to buy a house soon, until then, Post is our home.
I couldn't ask for a better place to live so close to the city. The staff is AWESOME! I do think the rates are a little high but that serves a purpose too. If we weren't purchasing a home, I'm fairly certain we'd renew as long as the rate made sense in comparison to the surrounding, newer properties.
Post Collier Hills is truly the best kept secret in Atlanta. We love living so close to Midtown/Downtown without the industrial feel - the neighborhoods surrounding Post Collier Hills are some of the most beautiful in the area. My job is on the south side of the city, but the close proximity to I-75 allows me to quickly access the interstate and get to work in a very reasonable amount of time. When we moved to Atlanta, we weren't sure which area would be best for us, but we certainly made the right choice.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
