My coworkers sent my family a gift ($90 meal from Honey Baked Ham) b/c of a death in the family. I didn't know they were sending it. It was delivered to my home and accepted by the leasing ofc on 7/30. They notified me that I had a delivery in the fridge there on 8/22. I and my daughter had stopped by the leasing ofc on 8/7 and 8/13 for other deliveries but the staff never told us there was a delivery in the fridge for us. The items perished. The ofc didn't think they were accountable.
