The Residences at Chastain is a small community, which keeps the property quiet and peaceful. The staff does an amazing job of keep the amenities clean and looking like brand-new. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful, always willing to make the residences happy. There is never an issue with parking, the gym has all of the necessary equipment, the clubroom is an awesome spot to hang out, and the pool area is amazing! The apartments are beyond spectacular and designed very well!
You can tell the management company is actually concerned with the needs of their residents. If there is ever a problem or complaint, they really focus on fixing it and preventing it. That was my main complaint about the previous complex I lived at, they didn't care. They are continuously organizing events for the community to get to know each other. The maintenance staff is awesome - it's always a clean community and any problem I've encountered they have fixed it that same day.
This place is awesome!!! Nice staff, organization, neighbors. Good maintenance and I do not hesitate to recommend this place. Unfortunately I have to leave but if I can back I will choose the same place to live.

The grounds are buildings are kept really clean, the apartments are really big and built nicely for the price point that they are at (huge kitchen and porch and powder room and we're paying the same for 2br up the street that aren't as nice) the pool is great, friendly people, I always feel safe, the management is so nice and accommodating and great lease terms! Hope to stick around!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
