I have been a resident at gables mill for two years now and I must say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. In fact, it is time to renew my lease and I am highly thinking of doing so. It's always clean, the neighbors are friendly yet keep to themselves and it's never any loud music or noises to bother me. This has been my first apartment and I must say that the experience has been quite great!
Love it here. I am only considering moving because of the rent increase.
Safe, clean and respectable
Gables mill is great!
Overall, Gables is a good place to live. However, for the price that is continuously rising, I would expect a bit more customer service and refine in the exterior cleanliness of the buildings.
