The most important thing is that there's no cockroaches; The aparments' status is true just as the page says, if it's new and ready to go, it is. Neighbors are very calm and nice, and the leasing office managers are very kind, ready to attend your needs. Also, vigilance is active day and night in case there's suspicious activity.

I've lived at Dunwoody Glen for nearly two months. So far, it has been a quiet community with many families. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in. The location is wonderful in terms of commuting to work, there are many convenient stores nearby such as grocery and department stores, and the outside of the community appears neat and taken care of. The inside of our apartment is large and the floor plan is convenient. We needed to call maintenance in regards to a plumbing issue and they arrived within a half hour and took care of the problem. The application process was confusing. We had to fill out all of the information online, and then again on paper. Overall, my family is satisfied here, as we have a large apartment that is affordable and convenient to get to work and around metro Atlanta.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
