The staff is always very helpful. I just wish there were more trash bins around the grassy areas with plastic bags for pet clean up. Additionally, some of the work-out equipment in the fitness room is outdated. The air conditioning doesn't always seem to work in there either.
I've lived at Collier Ridge apartments since March. The only thing that doesn't make it an Excellent is due to the turn around on maintenance. However, since the new team has arrived things do seem to be getting turn around a little faster.
Nice community with spacious floor plans. Love the tennis courts!! Although gym facilities are far from adequate. All in all, a good place to live.
Pros: I feel safe here, the pool is very clean and nice, nice kitchen, and big living rooms and bedrooms. Cons: People walking upstairs is extremely loud/annoying, painters did a terrible job by painting vents and outlets shut, the front gate sometimes doesn't work and causes huge traffic jams, and sinks don't have garbage disposal.
It is a very nice property ... I love the room that I have in my townhome. Most of the residence around me are good neighbors ... very friendly and I have even struck up some new friendships with my neighbors. Also, the property is very dog friendly. The maintenance staff is great as is the office staff. My apartment is still a good deal. I am concerned that Collier Ridge is getting to expensive with rents being raised each year. The price of the apartment is getting high for what you get.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
