I moved to AMLI old 4th ward from Chicago. And can't say enough amazing things. The leasing agents were from front to back the most HELPful people I've ever encountered. As far as helping me move in
I have absolutely no complaints. I've been impressed by my experience from the time I arrived for a tour to the moment I stepped in my new apartment. The staff has been amazing and an extreme pleasure to work with. I feel like I'm cared for and that the AMLI cares about me and my comfort. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my weird traveling schedule and Igreatly appreciate of their efforts.
I've been really happy at AMLI O4W. The park, access to the Beltline, and all of the community amenities are great. The staff is absolutely wonderful and has always taken excellent care of me. It's a great place to live!
The apartment location is fantastic with easy access to O4W park and the Beltline. Parking is plentiful with nice wide parking spaces. The floor plans are spacious compared to similarly priced apartments in the area. Maintenance responds quickly to any requests. The 24/7 package room is a great amenity. I could not be happier with my decision to choose AMLI O4W. The leasing staff can't be beat. They are very responsive, friendly, efficient and accessible. It's a great place to call home.
