Rent prices are good and they are always pretty fast about fixing maintenance issues.
I think the Woodlands is a fantastic place! I've been very happy here and I definitely prefer it over all of the other places I've lived. There do need to be a few changes though... I think management has changed 3 times in the year that I've lived here- that makes me feel like no one knows what's going on. Also, the maintenance system blows. I had to call 3 times just to get a ceiling fan fixed in my room.
Lots of bugs, some pieces of apartment falls apart easily, but I love the size of my apartment and the online rent payment system. The grounds in the complex are always in great condition as well, and I feel very safe living here! However, we have had issues with maintenance and office staff as far as communication and repairs. Additionally, pieces of my apartment (window frames and walls) were damaged upon move-in. Would also love a heated pool, maybe? :)
The houses are better and more spacious at lower prices that comparable places in town.
I really love living in The Woodlands. The only thing I wish was different was the bugs and pest control. There are a ton or roaches and we don't even keep food out. We are really clean and they still come so much, year round. Other than tha I really love the woodlands!
