Great place to live.
I enjoy living at Holcombs Pond. The new management is really pleasant and friendly. Whenever there is a problem the maintenance people always take care of the issue in a timely manner. If you want to live in a place that feels like home; Holcombs Pond is the right place !!!
I've resided at Holcomb's Pond for about a month. Thus far, it has been a great place to live. The new upgrades to the units are modern and lovely (they also come with washer and dryer). For the price, I think it's a great deal. My neighbors are awesome, the area is nice, and the complex is conveniently located near Target, Kroger, and the Interstate. Customer service is important to me, so I am very grateful for the attention and enthusiasm of the leasing office staff. Nathan is awesome, Ruben is hardworking and is doing a phenomenal job leading the construction team, and Donna is a sweetheart!
This community has great price value and is close to all shopping needs.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
