The best thing about living at Summerlin Apartments is the location to shopping, school etc. and the neighborhood is quite compare to other parts not far away. When it comes to get things done in your apartment, like repairs or clean up it takes forever, after numerous complains in person or phone calls. there is no privacy in your apartments. You can hear what your neighbors are saying even when the walls between you and them is blank seal. The neighbor alarm clock woke me up 4Am M-F weekdays.

My apartment is very spacious and the community is very well kept, however some features of the apartment are very old and sometimes ineffective. The maintenance and office staff is very nice, however the office staff sometimes takes a very long time to respond to my concerns.
Office staff give the appearance of caring about residential problems, but we see absolutely no results. We are still dealing with maintanence issues that haven't been resolved in over a year. It seems like a joke to the staff when we ask for the repairs, giving us empty assurances. So we gave up trying to talk to the staff. We won't be living here again.
My only complaint would be regarding some of my neighbors....loud partying and police being called due to rowdiness. But otherwise we love it here.
