Location is amazing as I am now close to anything in Tampa. My neighbors are quiet and the building is new with all the upgrades I want in an apt. Garage parking with access to each floor, as well as this being a smoke-free building has spoiled me. I had my first service request since I have lived here for the past 5 months, to replace kitchen lighting, and it was responded to quickly and efficiently. It is pricey, but it is definitely worth it to me.

Staff is wonderful! Everyone in the office is super helpful. Maint. staff is great too. Love the area. Grounds are kept up well and feel safe with the level of access to the building being restricted.

I like the spacious amenities at Varela. It's also a great location because it's so close to restaurants, shops and where I work. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the quality of the building. I'm able to hear EVERYTHING going on because the walls are so thin and I feel like for the amount of money I'm paying in rent I should be in a better quality building. I am two walls in from the parking garage and I am still able to hear the squeaking of the parking garage gate from inside the unit.

This apartment have good reclatinal amenity indoor out door pool / jacuzzi and good appliance and very roomy inside apartment specially bathroom is nice I like rain shower head a lot

The amenities at Varela are wonderful! The attention to detail and anticipation of resident's needs and wants is unparalleled. I wish they had committed to that level of excellence inside the units as well - the drain and shower head being two different colors of metal drives me crazy.
