property is well maintained. Staff is friendly and professional. Any problems I have encountered, I received service immediately, even on Sundays. I feel very comfortable with neighbors.

We live on the second floor and the people above us are extremely loud at ALL hours (stomping hard when they walk, furniture constantly moving, sounds like kids or pets are running back and forth late at night). It's horrible! The office sent them a letter and nothing has changed or improved. I'm also NOT impressed with the maintenance staff. We have had multiple problems with our AC. There is a really bad leak/drip, they didn't take care of the problem they just covered it up with some spackle.
We're deeply sorry to learn of these frustrations. We want all of our residents to feel comfortable in their homes. I would like to have the opportunity to speak to you so we can correct both issues. Rent increases are too high & make it difficult to remain a resident
We understand your frustration regarding rent increases but I can assure you, our rates are fair and in-line with the current local market. Additionally, we believe our community provides a great value taking into consideration our convenient location, dedicated team and luxurious amenities. We hope that you decide to stay with us, we truly value all of our amazing residents.
If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Most nights I end up sleeping on the couch because the neighbors wake me up during the night having ___, talking loudly or fighting. If I manage to fall back asleep their alarm wakes me up at 4:30 am. If I move to the couch I get woken up from them stomping around to get ready. It is impossible to sleep in the bedroom that shares a wall with the outdoor corridor. The noise is horrible.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
