Since the day we moved in, all interactions with staff and neighbors have been pleasant! Maintenance is very quick when we need them!
I have lived at this community for several years and have had no major problems. The area of the community I live in is quiet. All of my interactions with the staff have been pleasant and any problem have been resolved right away.
This is a great living community that make you feel at home. Very quiet n peaceful. The staff is friendly, polite, and awesome.
Overall Camden Visconti is a great community and the staff are amazing and very responsive. I think the rent is somewhat high, especially with all the new rental communities that are going up in the area. But I love my apartment. If I had any observations it would be that the master bath is much too small. Needs to have more counter and drawer space. And I very much wish they had a car wash station. But again, overall I love my apartment and the community. I would say one other thing that was frustrating was not being allowed to have two garage remotes and gate cards. I have a car and a motorcycle and having to constantly transfer these items back and forth between my two vehicles is inconvenient and frustrating. At my age, and when I am paying the rental rate that I am paying, I feel like I should be able to be trusted with the equipment that I need.
Some neighbors with dogs are inconsiderate. Unfortunately many of the dog owners do not clean up after their dogs. There should be enforcement to clean up after the dogs. If a neighbor takes a picture of the owner and dog in the location of the waste it should be turned into Camden and fines handed out. If someone receives 3 fines they should be evicted. Please start enforcing this rule. It is a Huge Quality of Life issue. I know management is aware as there are random posts on the resident boards how their kids can not play on the grass due to dog waste.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
