Over all good. But theres just minor things such as the kitchen drawers, i have already two broken and some outlets are a little loose.
while I am humble and comfortable I feel unjustified that the front side of the property (434 side of Jamestown) with new windows and such, the back side (Merril Park side of jamestown) has not been given the same amount of attention. Why? Because you cant see it from the road, so it doesnt matter cosmetically? As a paying resident of this beautiful community, all I ask is for consistency and fair treatment. Otherwise, I am comfortable here :)
Apartment was infested with cockroaches upon move in;after months of bug service and home traps- still cannot get rid of them. Highest electric bill I've EVER had-took months and countless hours of complaining/writing letters to get maintenance to fix it. No parking after 9pm, all spots are gone. Office staff can be rude. Only good thing about this place is the GoFit fitness coaches and their free workout classes.
I gave an average rating because these apartments are old inside and there has been no updating on these apartments. We have been having problems with house roaches as well as cock roaches coming into our apartment. It would be nice to have hardwood floors and other things in the apartment that's more modern. The rent goes up every year, and that's sad especially for residents like myself who have been living here for more than 10 years.
Things are never really fixed, they are always patched.
