Beautiful living conditions. The lake is definitely a selling point. Landscape is top notch along with the trash pickup at your front door. The walls are very thin and living on the bottom floor you hear the upstairs residents tv when it is on. When your neighbor turns on their water in bathroom you can hear it through the walls. Employees are very very friendly. I love coming home everyday to my apartment.
West Port Colony has been a great experience so far! Look forward to living out my lease and hopefully staying for awile.
West Port Colony is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at. I love the innovative ideas they implement to improve my experience. The staff is always so friendly to me, even when I am not at my best behavior. I get an email every time I receive a package at the office. I don't plan on moving any time soon.
I moved to Florida from Texas in September of 2015. I am young and this was my first move, first apartment by myself. I was really nervous and worried I wouldn't like it. I was so wrong, I fell in love with the beauty of this complex and the staff that were happy to accept me into the Westport Colony family. The staff were beyond helpful in answering my many questions and concerns, not to mention the landscaping makes it feel as if you are living at a resort! I will be renewing my lease 100% and I even have referred several of my friends who are now looking into moving into the complex as well! Very, very happy with my choice to lease at Westport Colony.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
