Amazing service and actual concern for residents
LOVE this complex. I've lived a lot of places and this is by far the best place I've lived in. So impressed with the staff, everyone is always great to me, they know me by name and what apartment I live in. The grounds are always beautiful and well maintained and so are the apartments.
I love my apartment. The grounds are well kept, service is prompt and the staff is always courteous and go out of their way to assist.
Its a beautiful community that is well maintained. The units are really nice, clean, and prompt attention is provided whenever issues arise, The pool area is like a resort area complete with a very nice 24 hour gym that includes top-notch quality cardio machines and weights. Further, the current staff are very welcoming and pleasant! And finally, it is a truly pet friendly community. I have lived here for over four years and enjoy my little paradise.
The staff is excellent. The new ownership seems interested in improving the property. Their efforts are bringing the property up to what I consider on par for current rents but I am afraid rents will raise because they feel these changes are a value add.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
