We should plant more grass in the quad areas! or a rain garden! There is always a bunch of muddy, water puddles, and a rain garden would help absorb some of the moisture and it's good for the environment! Oh yeah! Laundry machines seem to b always broken!
It's affordable, however the gym is not open after 5PM which makes it difficult to work out as someone with a 9-5 job. When there is an issue, you call the front desk and have to leave voicemail after voicemail. But as far as places to live and how expensive it is, it's in a good neighborhood and does the job.
The community is great, but my class to the office are seldom answered. Inge mentioned on multiple occasions that only one of my roommates is contacted for packages/important news and that that news is almost never passed on to me. I've asked to be contacted directly on such occasions, and yet I'm still left to finding things out through my roommate who does not always think to tell me what I should know.
Maintenance issues slow to be resolved. Not all lawns have been sodded. Mailboxes are in disrepair. Tenants are not putting their trash in the dumpster, many throw it alongside.
Quiet, office is professional, feel like a person, not just a number.
