Too expensive for the TRUE quality of the units. The units are spacious and better than average, but I have the upgraded unit and things are needing repair more often than they should! Staff does resolve timely.
Appliances in an upgraded apartment are junk, maintenance told us they used discontinued models as upgrades, our dishwasher is junk and the complex refuses to do anything about it. Maintenance people are nice enough, and people in the office are nice, but for what you pay its just not worth it. The gym is horrible and the landscaping is not that great. Good location as far as being central to Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, but with the construction going on around here for 2yrs go elsewhere.
Several of my immediate neighbors have dogs. In fact, one has four dogs, two small and two medium / large dogs. Which to a point is fine, however, all the dogs continually bark throughout the day and evening. In addition to that the neighbor with the four dogs lives directly above me and their dogs besides constantly barking are running around the apartment causing it to sound like a freight train that barks. I would have added more but you do not allow sufficient space to do so.
Horrible upstairs neighbors. Each step is a stomp they talk loud vacuum at midnight, 1am, or 2am. June 1st I signed a new lease because I was promised this would be dealt with. I've been back more times. Each time I was told I would get a follow up to see how things were. I'm still waiting. I loved it until they moved in this past spring. They disturb my sleep every night it's embarrassing to have people over it makes me so upset I cry cause, what can I do. The office knows everything.
I called many times and received no return phone call. Re noise, dog fights, domestic issues. No smoke alarms at all in my apartment. Filthy upon move in day, cleaning crew didn't show up for hours, I had to spend a week cleaning to make it livable. I called the office and told them I wanted to stop the move in. They never called me back. I got $100.00 off rent.
