The location of Ocean Oaks has all of the dining and grocery shopping I need within walking distance. It is nested in a nice wooded area, so you feel privacy from Dunlawton and Clyde Morris. There are two easy entrances /exits to plan your commute to and from work, also. One thing that is surprising is how low the utility bill is, which is nice during the warmer summer months. I also save a fortune from joining a gym taking awesome kick-boxing classes they offer.
The staff here are very attentive and friendly. Repairs and service calls are always completed in a timely manner. The community is well kept and centrally located to most of the places I frequent. Overall I really enjoy staying here.
Clean well managed property. Safe areas, quiet areas, nicely landscaped. Residents were friendly, staff was friendly ,courteous and helpful. I've enjoyed my stay and will recomend it to anyone.
