The location of Ocean Oaks has all of the dining and grocery shopping I need within walking distance. It is nested in a nice wooded area, so you feel privacy from Dunlawton and Clyde Morris. There are two easy entrances /exits to plan your commute to and from work, also. One thing that is surprising is how low the utility bill is, which is nice during the warmer summer months. I also save a fortune from joining a gym taking awesome kick-boxing classes they offer.

The staff here are very attentive and friendly. Repairs and service calls are always completed in a timely manner. The community is well kept and centrally located to most of the places I frequent. Overall I really enjoy staying here.

Clean well managed property. Safe areas, quiet areas, nicely landscaped. Residents were friendly, staff was friendly ,courteous and helpful. I've enjoyed my stay and will recomend it to anyone.

Ocean Oaks Apartments in Port OrangeFrom I-95: Take exit #256, go east on Dunlawton Ave (SR421). Make a U-turn at Clyde Morris Boulevard. Go west on Dunlawton Avenue (Denny's on your right); immediately move to the right lane. Then turn right into the first entrance, and follow the signs to our leasing center. From Clyde Morris Boulevard South: Make a right onto Dunlawton Avenue, stay in right lane and take the first entrance on the right (Denny's is on the corner). Follow the signs to our leasing center. From US-1: Turn onto Dunlawton Avenue going west. You will pass Home Depot on the right and then see Clyde Morris Boulevard. Go through the light (Denny's on your right). Take the first right entrance and follow the signs to our leasing office.
