Great place to live!
All of the faculty and staff here are amazing. They are super nice and listen to things we are worried about. They are very curtious and work quickly but thoroughly.
Love, love, love my apartment!!! Pool and laundry areas always clean and well maintained. Great out side lighting. Pet friendly. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, easy to get to beach. Energy efficient, double pained windows for good insulation. Power bill is very reasonable.Cannot say enough good things about Fountain Apartments.
Have had a great experience at the fountains with minor issues all taken care of almost immediately. Friendly staff and environment that is organized and well put together.
Even though it is right next to campus, it should not be a party area, it's a residence. I thought the office was trying to change their image to help good students get some sleep, but it seems like nothing's been done. You can't even call the landlord when you have a noise complaint at three in the morning. You can only call the cops, and that escalates the problem. Also it's common sense that if you call the cops too often then they won't want to report there. It's too overpriced, loud.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
