Older apartments, but neighbors are quiet, grounds are kept nice, maintenance is quick and office staff is friendly! Parking is always available. Never felt unsafe. Sometimes they have movie nights or porch/balcony decorating contests, which is nice. Olive Rd. is under construction, but location is still great... grocery store, drug store, and mall are just a few minutes away. Pool is always in full use during the summer. Pet friendly! Always nice to see people walking their dogs.

Friendly personnel and great maintenance men.
First, I no longer have to mow the lawn or maintain my residence. Everything is handled without delay by skilled maintenance mechanics, and Management provides immediate response to any maintenance requests. In the 12 years I've lived here, I have just called the office to report a maintenance item and it would be resolved within 24 hours or sooner. All facilities are well kept up and clean. Both pools and grounds are maintained by contract companies that provide excellent service .
It is a great place to live here and is quite a nice place
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
