Excellent upkeep. Wonderful and quick response from office and maintenance Staff.
Better care could be taken to keep the apartment buildings looking good. Several units have sagging roofs and porches. Painting might also improve the overall appearance. Also, as a long time tenant it would be nice if we could get a discount for carpet cleaning to help maintain our unit.
There's a great atmosphere here.
The apartment complex could use some updating (inside and out), but the area, neighbors, and price are perfect.
really wish they had a playground. and we're still having problems w/2 of our neighbors because of not following certain rules (cleaning up after your dog, noise level after certain times, and cigarette butts all over ground by my front door )
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
