Nice location and very reasonable pricing. Office and maintenance staff are polite and prompt always. Slightly small space with not as much storage as I would have liked.
Thank you so much for a great review. Since our apartment homes do not offer walk in closets we have added additional double shelving in our 2/2 closets so that you have double the capacity. We also have linen closets, coat closets and outside storage closets.
Very caring, very clean, very quiet! I lucked up big time! This community is a hidden oasis. I almost don't want to tell people to keep it a hidden jewel of Orlando. smiles

A ton of maintenance issues when we moved in. They were all fixed but, the problem always come back in a couple of week.
Maintenance prepares every apartment and we try really hard not to miss anything however we are not perfect. If there is an issue we will get it repaired immediately. I'm not sure why an issue would come back in a couple weeks but if there is an ongoing issue we would want to know so that we could find a permanent solution.
I wish the pain wasn't so cheap. My apt started chipping the day I moved in.
I'm not sure why your paint would chip so quickly. We use a quality Sherwin Williams paint for all of our units. If your paint is chipping there could be another reason and an issue with the drywall that can be corrected and we would correct it if notified.
