I like having the get togethers the staff holds. More "parties" or mixers would be nice. It gives us a chance to get to see each other and communicate.
I think they are doing so much to improve the community with the upgrade on the pool and the new pool and workout building. The only thing I wish was that they communicated more. Maybe a newsletter or note that tells exactly what is being done and the estimated time of completion. Also, it would be wonderful to know if the pool behind the office is open now...it looks open, but nothing has been communicated to the residents.

Open the gym and new pool that was promised months ago.
Fix my freaking bathroom which is been broken for more than a month now and after going to the main office 3 times they have not taken care of it.
