Apartment not bad but neighbors music is loud at times. Better parking system. Do not like on some nights that I have to park far away from building.
The community could pay for gas or water like they do in other states.
Overall I am satisfied. I would ask that a friendly reminder is sent to the tenants with pets to remind them to keep their does on a leash at all times. A tow company was changing my tired on morning awhile back and 2 grey pitbulls came chasing after the service worker. The owner tried to stop the dogs but couldn't. The service worker had to jump on a truck to get away from the dogs.
More light on the Mail area for people who come at night to check their mail boxes.
Making sure that there is enough security on staff and that making sure there are events going on to bring the community closer together.
