It's a nice gated community to live, pretty quiet considering is located on a busy road, close to restaurants, post office, convenient stores that you could walk, ride your bike, take the bus or drive.
We been here going on 3 yrs and one of the reasons why we continue to renew our lease is because of the friendly attitude that your office staff has. Rent goes up every year but when you feel good and loved somewhere why move.
Friendly staff and very organized
Office staff have always been personable and helpful from the first day we walked in the office. They keep the grounds looking as best as they can considering the grass can't really grow when it's completely shaded by trees in some parts. Maintenance men are friendly and helpful as well. No complaints and I've been here for almost a year.
I lived in many states and city and no one has treated me with such respect and the professionalism. The staff is awesome.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
