Been here a month and it has been good so far.
The interior of my apartment and pool area are nice looking. Although, the walls or windows don't keep out noise from the outside very well. Getting questions answered from the leasing can be a challenge, charges are not thoroughly explained.
Stay away from this place . There are leaves all over the place and they not organized at all.
This is the worst customer service I've ever recieved. I was advised of the staffs poor customer service skills but I did not expect it to be so bad. The gym equipment also needs improvement. I believe customer service does come first and should be acknowledged before anything else can improve
The staff is very professional and helpful meeting me always with a smile very nice. Making the move easy and smooth.
