Boardwalk is a great place to live. I feel safe, the staff is friendly, and there are alot of up to date and accessible amenities. My only complaint is dealing with overall energy and power use. The Air conditioner in my unit is an older model. It has some issues that need to be inspected and dealt with. However, the maintanence staff, that i have dealt with, seems unprepared and not properly trained.

We have a new Maintenance Supervisor as well as Maintenance Tech who have many experienced years in Student housing. Please contact Shanna or Kim so we can speak with you regarding some of the issues so we can get this taken care and also look at the past overages to see what we can do.

Parking at Boardwalk is not good. Spaces are on top of each other.
Thank you for the review and 4 stars. We do our best to make sure the residents have a place to park each night though we know it can be tight since we are a small community. Please feel free to speak to our Nighttime security team to help you find the best parking spot for your location to your apartment.
Overall the experience has been good. My apartment has had issues over the three years living in Boardwalk and that is why the rating is not higher. The apartment is great, but we have had an ant problem since we moved in that has never been solved as well as many maintenance concerns that have taken anywhere from a week to never being solved. We have had many great staffers try and take care of our needs, but we have also had people disrespect us and not treat us properly.
There is just a general delay in getting maintenance confers taken care of that can get annoying. The fact that Boardwalk is pretty outdated for the monthly price it asks for is also a factor. There are other neighborhoods that offer way more for around the same price so Boardwalk should invest more in their amenities and overall aesthetic appeal.

Management has incorrectly managed my payments and dues; charging overages without notification or explanation. Recycling is never picked up unless I call to have it picked up.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
