Over love it!
Beautiful, clean, well-lit community. Beautiful apartment with granite countertops, great layout, & huge attached garage with separate storage room. Leasing agents, management, and maintenance staff have gone out of their way to make the leasing experience great and hassle free. Enjoy living here!!
Great environmentally friendly apartment complex with friendly management.
Overall, I think the complex is pretty good. I have had no real issues. There have been plenty of growing pains at this community because it is new. Some issues are beyond management control. Others, they have control over. We are nickel and dimed heavily. I knew this going in, but the more I think about it, the more I realize, the value of what we get, is not as much as we actually pay. The total rent should include trash & water. I also think the pet rent is ridiculous for cats. What cat damages anything?
This is a great place to live. The apartments are very nice compared to other places. It has a sense of country and/or vacation environment.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
