Great place to live, however the neighborhood is far from welcoming and the cost is a little steep.
Only thing I would say is improving the working efficiency of office staff.
Things get fixed quickly and its nice to have someone up front to get packages, and its well maintained. However, I did have one very negative experience with the leasing office. It incorrectly added my roommate and my check together and was off by one cent. A formal letter was sent saying that because we did not pay one cent if we could get kicked out of the apartment. I called them, left messages- they were very rude- and insisted despite the correct amount taken out of our back accounts.
I have had a couple of times where work people have come into the apartment without having been given notice or that come on a day other then when I was told they would. I have also gads issues getting parking passes for guests. Being told that it is full when there are in fact many empty spots.
some financial issues are not clear from the first time we signed the lease. when we got to the office to ask about how much the rent is, the agent told us it is $ xxxx . When we came back to sign the lease, there were more than $ 300 additional fees. I guess it would be better to be frank from the beginning.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

Take US-1 to SW 70th Street. Visitor parking located in the building on 69th Street. When you arrive to the building, park in the first floor of the garage in a visitor space (must get visitor pass from the front desk). (You may also use metered parking on the street if no visitor parking is available). There is an entrance door across from the pool, dial 013 for the front desk to allow you to enter. When you exit the garage take the first door on the right. At the end of the hallway, make a right and suite 131 will be on the left side. Please make sure to register for the guest parking pass at the front desk.
