This is my third year at Crescent House and still enjoying my home! I feel very comfortable, safe and love the nice, clean and well-kept grounds. It's a great neighborhood to walk, for me it is very well located, near shops, movies, my favorite restaurants and still secluded from noise. Ah, and the staff is very friendly and attentive, always eager to help out.
We've been living in this community for over 11 years always have great service from the leasing consultants and staff. Excellent maintenance, service inside and outside our place. Great environment for families and secure.
The staff of Administration, Maintenance, etc., are always working in keeping the place under the best possible conditions. They are kind and always willing to provide the best solution.
I think that the buildings and grounds are maintained well and that the staff at Crescent is very responsive to its residents.
Nice amenities in and around the apartment. Very quiet and conveniently located.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
