I have lived here 3 years. I feel extremely safe and it is within walking distance to practically everything. The maintence and upkeep are suburb! The staff are friendly and very helpful and amazingly quick to respond should any concern arise. I am very happy calling Lakeland Landings home.

Staff always polite and helpful. Maintenance issues (very few) are always handeled immidiately.
Awesome place to live with plenty of parking for number of units. For apartment living after owning our home for ten years we have been very happy with how quiet and safe this place feels. Management is great and so is maintenance. I read many reviews before renting and I hope this helps others. Also the kitchens are small but after being here and cooking we actually love the small kitchen. A+ place. At move in we had a few small issues but they were taken care of
A lot of siren noise from Hwy 98 and Sheriff's office behind complex, 24 hrs a day clearly heard. Management not very proactive about habitually loud neighbors. Walls and ceiling to floor is paper thin. You can hear everything. Closets extremely small, apartment not worth a rent of close to $900. You must pay water, sewer, garbage disposal and renters insurance too, which with electric, will run you about $200 add'l.
