The staff and office personnel are very friendly and helpful.

The units could be In better shape. The management has Up And down. Concern about treating residents. Facilit�is needs better grounds For children.
People lack the ability to be polite and the outside of the apartments is always in horrible conditions,this is including the basketball court , pool and dog park.
The new groundskeepers are lousy. They leave a mess and mess up the sides of the buildings.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
