The apartment has any problems. One of the closets has an ant mound. When I moved in, the apartment had a wasp problem. The dishwasher had issues and the apartment above air conditioner was leaking water causing water inside the a light fixture.
The ducks need to stay in the water too much fease at the door
it is not luxury,but it is comfortable. pet friendly. not sure what the goal is for the gates. the Columbia gate key pad is inconvenient to access due to location. the john young entrance keypad is easier to access but anyone can sit in the turn around area and then follow anyone in. not sure security has been enhanced enough to offset resident aggravation. Rent has gone up from 680 to 790 in two years. Fence between adjoining complex is no deterrent to fence jumpers by building 2105.
At times when concerns are brought to management they do not take the same seriously. At least that is our perception. There has been some maintenance issues that have not been resolved since we moved in years ago. Cleaning of the gym and other areas is below standard. Finally the longer you stay the higher the price will be for the same exact apartment when you moved in years ago without the repairs. Unsure if I will stay another year as I do not see any changes to our apartment.
We pay a LOT of money to be living in an apartment with such outdated appliances. Our stove looks like it's from the 90's, and the AC has malfunctioned at least 3 times in the last 8 months due to old age. (Mind you, we keep it at 78, it's not like it's over working itself.) Also, there are constantly ants coming in from outside. Not little sugar ants, either... they're the big winged ones that can be up to a centimeter in length. I do love being in walking distance to a variety of stores.
