ve owned my own home for 15 years and recently relocated to the Jupiter area because the schools are better for my two young children. these apartments r_n so efficiently and effectively. now that my house sold and I can buy another house in jupiter, ...me and my children are so comfortable here in the apartments here we think we might stay here for a couple years. the management and the women in the office are amazing then so is the maintenance crew. The
Im pretty happy living here.What I don't like is that there doesn't seem to be much done when neighbors are loud.The people who live across the courtyard, constantly have parties &are out on the balcony @all hours of the day,night &into the wee hours of the morning.In addition to that,Idont like that we have to pay $25 a month for valet trash service. As a completely single mother,having 2pay$300 ayear 2have someone take my trash out when i can do it myself seems ridiculous.i'd rather save the$
Our neighbors are some of the most annoying we have ever had and there doesn't seem to be any resolution. I've attempted to speak with them personally, only to be greeted with a door slam in my face. The management doesn't seem to be able to do anything about the constant piano playing, violin practice, running and screaming, and incessant ADT alarm beeping every time their door opens. They're incredibly annoying and will likely result in us moving out when our lease is up.
the trash area stays messy, attracts rodents and bugs, not pretty to smell or see.
Exterior of apartment walkways get dirty & hardly gets cleaned. Not enough parking spaces & room for bikes. Can't put garbage inside dumpster. A heated pool would have been nice. Nice place to live for an apartment.
