I relocated from a different state, and the leasing staff made everything easy for me. Great staff who works in the office! They are all very friendly and welcoming.
Awesome complex, friendly staff in a great location. Best value for your dollar. Will definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a good deal in Jax.
They respond to any problem quickly. I feel very safe living in this community. The gates and the fence around the property cannot keep everyone out, however, it makes me feel safe. When the telephone is answered they all sound so happy and eager to assist you. Hooray for a GREAT property.!!!!
so far I am only being honest. I have no negative issues about the complex.
The staff is very welcoming and ready to help whenever it is needed. There were a few issues I had with my apartment when first moving in, but everything has been solved/fixed to my satisfaction.
