I've lived in the glades for roughly a year and I really enjoyed living here. People don't hang out outside, that's very little noise in the area, office and maintenance staff are very prompt and friendly. I'd recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.
When I first saw the model apartment I was hesitant because it was not spacious, but after living in a one bedroom apt, I must say it is very cozy, warm and very inviting. My friends love it as it is clean, well painted, all appliances are maintained and price is affordable. It is five minutes away from my job. I call this my little retreat away from home. I really enjoy the Glades Apts. Also, parking is always available right next to my door. I feel safe especially at nights and sound proof.
Front office staff is one of the worst I have ever seen.
We are given very little notice when there are certain projects that will affect the community. The racquetball courts have been acquiring household appliances for the last several months and when I inquired about it I was told that it would be another couple months before it would be available again. Though they did offer to pre-refund my refundable deposit for the key as a consolation. They also removed the skylight when they had the roof redone. We lost 80% of the natural light in our unit.
In Need of New upgrade and appliances..outside as well needs to be kept up more frequently..
