Very beautiful place. Feel very safe here and everyone is so nice.
I had been a resident for 1 year and 2 months. I enjoyed been a residence since we moved in. The office administration is very professional, efficient and friendly.
Parking is an issue. Some residents insist on parking in front of another residents front door. This is problematic since 1) when it rains you get drenched running any distance to your car; 2) when it rains some of the more distance spaces have an inch or more of running water; 3) carrying parcels to your apartment is made more difficult. Educate residents. Assigned parking spaces is a solution but also a headache. Inculcating courtesy is a better idea. Use the newsletter!!
Complex is old and windows need to be replaced. Need a courtesy officer that actually patrols the complex. Water is not metered and they charge you according to the size of your apartment, not the number of occupants. I am the only occupant in my apartment and pay the same water bill as an apartment that has 4 occupants.....totally unfair. There have been numerous cars that have been broken into and t.v.'s stolen from the fitness center yet the management has failed to notify the residents.
Horrible since day 1. It slightly got better as the old staff was fired. All the money goes to landscaping and outdoor improvements. I was duped in to thinking I was receiving a decent apartment, but upon move in day it was revealed that I ended up into one of the worst units. I was told that maintenance could fix it. I've had everything happen, even a leaking tub from upstairs into my upstairs into my living room to and I'm sure there is mold growing too.They just paint over the problems though
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
