Phenomenal rental office and maintenance personnel
I received a great lease offer from craigslist and it was honored by the friendly office staff without issue. I ended up with upgrades that I didn't initially expect. Any maintenance issues thus far have been handled expeditiously and professionally. The amenities (tanning bed and clubhouse) are beautiful and we'll-kept. We love the location: central to work and church and biking distance from the Town Center shopping and dining.
The staff are easy to talk to and make sure that if any problems arise they are fixed in a timely manner.
I've been a resident for 5 years and have always had wonderful interaction with employees and great neighbors. I've experienced quick response to all maintenance requests.
The staff at The Club has always been very friendly and helpful at all times, and overall, I am very pleased with everything about The Club.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
