The complex itself is nice and theres plenty of parking. The laundry rooms are in horrible condition and half of the machines dont work. The apartments themselves are very old and in very poor condition. The stove in my apartment appears to be from the 80s and is in poor condition. Most neighbors are fine and keep to themselves but some are oversensitive and extremely whiny.
The engineer staff are quick to response to issues.
I received a great lease offer from craigslist and it was honored by the friendly office staff without issue. I ended up with upgrades that I didn't initially expect. Any maintenance issues thus far have been handled expeditiously and professionally. The amenities (tanning bed and clubhouse) are beautiful and we'll-kept. We love the location: central to work and church and biking distance from the Town Center shopping and dining.
The ducks in this complex are the worst! The ducks are REALLY aggressive... I have kids and this has been an ongoing concern of mine. Not only are they aggressive but they continuously have babies! The neighbors do not pick up after their dogs! Trying to take a neighborhood stroll or just walk to your car for that matters reeks of dog bowl. The upgrades are really not true upgrades. The complex is really old as well. If you are into a clean, fresh and sleek community, keep looking.
Its very expensive. I would stay for a second year if the price was right but its simply not. Had to have repairs done continuously but they were always done in a timely manner. The plumbing and water system is awful.
