Beautiful apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities and a wonderful sense of community.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they live at the complex so they are invested in the place and the residents. The amenities are great... top of the line gym, great game room, beautiful pool and a big dog park!

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and facility is beautiful!
I live in the middle section of building 9 and have to park in front of building 8 due to limited parking spaces. The deck is unfinished, therefore uncomfortable. Also, if you live on the second or third floor and smoke you have to worry about ashes falling on the people under you. The door to our balcony sticks, and we have to slam it to get it to shut. Some of the painting was done poorly. The carpet did not look like it was installed professionally. No lights in the bedrooms.
Parking situation untenable, you have more cars for the residents of buildings 1,2, and 3 than you provide parking spaces. You compound the problem by having parking for boats, trailers, and RV's in the front lot(not to mention it is an eyesore that other high-end apartments choose to have parked in a designated area at the back of their premise).
