Ok the reason I said average for move in was because the previous owners did not give me a new carpet. Because of that when I asked for one with the new owners they made me pay for it. I felt since I had been here for over 7 years I should not of had to pay for it but I accepted the offer because the carpet was horrible.

Management is excellent. Maintenance of apartments is excellent. On site cleaning needs more attention.
Receive responses immediately from front office when I leave messages. Items are taken care of in a prompt manner.
It hase been a very nice stay here. You staff is most polite frendly and helpful.
