The maintenance is impeccable and the front office people are kind and professional
The apartments are well managed and clean, it is a relatively quiet place.
I love these apartments. The staff is very pleasant as well. The upkeep of the landscape is always beautiful.
I have lived here for more than 2 years and when signing my new lease, I begged them to keep the rent the same or not raise it as much, but they didn't care about my personal situation and went ahead and raised the rent.
The apartment is nice and location is great! The upkeep is good, there are however lots of lights out at night and the grass always seems tall. Staff communication with residents could be better.
