I enjoy the peaceful living environment while still close to the beach and any shopping.
Great location- close to beaches and stores/restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenence issues resolved sameday, if not next day. Love the free group fitness classes offered to residents in addition to 3 pools and 24hr fitness center.
The staff at the leasing office are more than happy to help with any concerns I may have. It's nice that they make it possible to think of them as friends.
The management here makes it easy and convenient to live here. Any issues that we've had have been resolved in a friendly and prompt manner. I couldn't ask for more.
In the 4.5 years I have been here I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of what the complex offers.
