My wife Gabbi and I made several trips down from Orlando when we lived and checked out every where around Cocoa Beach and found the Dunes! we have lived at the Dunes since May of 2011 and during that time we have had only the very best of care by the staff of the Dunes! More then one time we have had a staff member at our door and advised us that we needed service. 1 time it was the hot water heater, another time we needed the whole AC replaced (guess it was making a loud noise on the roof!)
the Dunes has affordable living with a great location. Close to schools and shopping as well as beautiful large pools.
