The management and maintenance staffs are always available, courteous and helpful. The property is always maintained and kept clean. We haven't had any major issues but the one we've had were resolved in a timely manner.
They are slow with maintenance.
The staff is always on the ball fixing anything that needs fixing, taking care of grounds etc. We also like the locked gates now.
Apartments are lovely and in good shape. Landscaping is great. Staff is fantastic. I wish the vacuum at the car wash worked. Also, wish there was recycling pick up.
My experience was very enjoyable. The staff is very sweet and professional. All my maintenance request were addressed promptly. Overall my experience has been great!
