The management and maintenance staffs are always available, courteous and helpful. The property is always maintained and kept clean. We haven't had any major issues but the one we've had were resolved in a timely manner.
The staff is always on the ball fixing anything that needs fixing, taking care of grounds etc. We also like the locked gates now.
My experience was very enjoyable. The staff is very sweet and professional. All my maintenance request were addressed promptly. Overall my experience has been great!
The management there is awesome as well as the maintenance personnel. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. The apartment itself was a great layout and all of my neighbors were so friendly. I wish the military hadn't moved me or I would still be living there.
The office staff is very friendly and the maintance staff is very prompt. I relocated here after the flooding in April and could not be happier.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
